Wonton (Chinese pinyin: hún tún or hún tun, softly; Cantonese: w?n4 t?n1, with the same pronunciation as "wonton"; English name: wonton) is a traditional noodle dish of the Chinese Han people, wrapped in thin dough

Ingredients

Wontons with Mushroom Sauce

1. Wontons can be cooked in a pot under water (soup can be reserved for the last drink^^)

2. Remove wontons and add light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil

3. Finally, add shiitake mushroom sauce (you can also put some rice sauce here, whatever you want), and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
