World's Best---tiancheng Yiwei Shrimp

The live shrimps are cut off the prawns, legs, and swords. Add green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to a bowl and marinate for 5 minutes.

Drain the prawns and cut out the prawn string from the back.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small circles.

Heat a proper amount of oil in a pot on the fire, add the shrimp and stir fry.

Stir fry until the prawns change color, add 1 tablespoon of Tiancheng soy sauce.

Add green and red peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
7.
Turn off the heat, pour in sesame oil and serve.
Tips:
1. When picking the shrimp string, use a toothpick to pick out the entire shrimp string between the last two or three knots of the shrimp tail.
2. The amount of pepper should be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
