Pour the melted sugar water in and knead the dough while pouring. (The water needs to be added little by little)

Knead it to form.

Make small glutinous rice balls and dip them evenly with white sesame seeds.

Rub the sesame seeds into the dough one by one with your hands. (It’s not easy to lose sesame seeds when frying)

Pour oil in the pot, reduce the heat to 30% heat and put in the hemp dough.

Stir the oil continuously with a spoon over a small fire.

After about 2 minutes, the hemp ball will automatically come up.

Use a spoon to gently press the hemp ball and loosen it. (The pot should be removed from the fire when pressing the hemp ball)

The pressed hemp ball is put on the stove, (be sure to pay attention to the heat)

Then the dough will become larger, stir it with a spoon or drizzle the oil to heat the dough more evenly.

Lightly press all the hemp balls one by one, the more you press, the thinner the skin becomes.

Remove the crispy yellow outer skin, and absorb the excess oil with absorbent paper.
Tips:
It is better to use a spoon than a shovel, and it is not easy to crush the hemp ball by lightly pressing it.
Be sure to leave the fire when gently pressing with a spoon. The purpose is to cool down the oil temperature.
