Wuxi Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and soak in bleeding water and cut into small pieces.

Marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine and crushed black pepper for more than 2 hours.

The marinated ribs are soaked up and set aside.

Put the oil in the casserole.

Put the sub in and fry it into golden brown and take it out.

Leave the bottom oil in the casserole, add ginger, tangerine peel, cinnamon, etc. to sauté.

Add boiled water without ribs.

Tips:
The sub-ribs should be deep-fried in advance to make the skin crisp and easy to taste.
