Prepare materials

Add all the ingredients to the bread machine, remember to use warm water, it is too cold now, a program of kneading.

Divide the kneaded dough into 1/6 and add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder to knead evenly into a black dough, then cover the dough with plastic wrap, and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Divide 24 grams of dough from the large dough, divide it into 12 small doughs, round them, and cover with plastic wrap for later use.

Divide the remaining large dough into six portions, roll out into round dough pieces thick in the middle and thin around the sides, and cover the middle with jujube puree.

Roll the black dough into thin slices and press out a heart shape with a biscuit mold.

Place the finished monkey buns in a steamer and let them wake up in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

When the steamed buns get bigger, put them in a pot of boiling water and steam for 16 minutes. Turn off the fire for three minutes and then open the lid.
Tips:
This uses a fermentation method. The temperature is very low in winter. When the noodles are reshaped, you can boil water in the pot, then stop the fire, and put it in the steamer.
