Xiaochao Youxian Xianggan

Dried Youxian Fragrant, slightly obliquely cut into thick slices.

Cut the sea red pepper and Hunan pepper into rings, and cut the garlic into slices.

Cut the roots and leaves of the garlic seedlings into long sections.

Boil water in the pot, put the incense into the pot and drain the water.

Pour a proper amount of oil from the pan. After the oil is hot, add the sea red pepper, Hunan pepper, garlic, and the roots of the garlic seedlings and sauté until fragrant.

Add in Youxian fragrant dry, mix in appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
