Xo Sauce Seafood Flavored Noodles

Prepare ingredients: XO sauce, noodles, shrimp, clams, squid silk, okra.
Soak the clams in salt water for more than 2 hours and let them spit out the sand

Put the noodles in the steamer and steam for 4 to 5 minutes, then take it out

Put the steamed noodles into boiling water and remove them half a minute after the water is boiled.

After removing the noodles, pour 5g of olive oil and blow with a fan. While blowing, use chopsticks to quickly pick up the noodles to dissipate heat until they cool

Tips:
1. Cook the noodles after steaming, so that the soup will not be muddy when the noodles are cooked, and the cooking time cannot be too long
2. Seafood is easy to cook, so it can't be cooked for a long time, just boil the water
3. After buying the clams, they must be soaked in salt water and spit out the sand, otherwise it will affect the taste
