Xuemei Niang
1.
[Preparation materials] 50 grams of glutinous rice flour + 30 grams of corn starch 15 grams of sugar 20 grams of milk 90 grams of salad oil 5 grams of mango 2 (you can choose your favorite fruit, the best texture is soft) 100 grams of whipped cream.
2.
Mix 50 glutinous rice flour + 15 grams corn starch + 20 sugar + 90 milk.
3.
Pour into the saucer.
4.
Then put it in a pot and steam for 10-15 minutes.
5.
After steaming, let it warm up.
6.
Add 5 grams of salad oil.
7.
Make peace evenly (you are very sticky when making peace, so be patient, this step is more troublesome).
8.
Dice the mango.
9.
Fry 30 grams of glutinous rice flour and set aside (there is no oil in the pot, just fry until it has the fragrance of rice).
10.
The whipped cream is completely whipped and ready to use (mine is already sugar-containing, and the ones that do not contain sugar should be whipped together).
11.
Divide 7 into 4 equal parts, and sprinkle the fried glutinous rice flour on the chopping board to prevent it from being too sticky.
12.
Roll each dough into a similar size dough.
13.
Put the dough on a bowl.
14.
First use a spoon to dig some light cream on top, and then put the diced mango.
15.
Put whipped cream again.
16.
Finally wrap it up.
17.
Just flip it over. (It tastes better after refrigeration)
