Yam Black Fish Soup

Wash black fish and cut into sections (only part of it is used), wash and slice mushrooms, and cut yam and carrot into hob pieces

Pour oil in a hot pan, add black fish cubes, add cooking wine and bring to a boil

Add 700ML water, add carrots, yam, mushrooms, and ginger slices to a boil
4.
Turn to low heat for 30 minutes

When the soup becomes milky white, add salt to taste
