Yam Fungus Beef Bone

Beef bones in boiling water (boil some ginger in the water to taste)

Boil water with ginger and green onion, put beef bones on high heat
3.
Add fungus and shiitake mushrooms to boil
4.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
5.
Add yam and simmer for 20 minutes
6.
Season with salt
