Yam Pork Ribs Soup

1. Chop large rows into pieces.

2. Put in the cold water pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine.

3. Bring to a boil to remove any foam and rinse off.

4. Put the ribs in a casserole, red dates, sliced ginger, and green onions.

5. Then pour in water, cooking wine, salt, and simmer for 30 minutes.

6. Add yam, wolfberry, white pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
