Yan Dumpling Noodle Soup

1. Bring boiling water to the boil, add lard and yan dumplings, cover the pot and cook the yan dumplings until thawed.

2. Beat in the eggs, solidify slightly, and use a spoon to gently chop the bottom of the pan to prevent the egg whites from sticking to the pan.

3. Add salt.

4. Season with white pepper and light soy sauce, set aside.

5. Dried noodles after boiling water.

6. Put the dried noodles into a bowl after cooking.

7. Pour the Yan Dumpling and Egg Soup cooked in step 4 and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
