Yellow Bone Fish Fish Ball
1.
I specially bought live wild yellow bone fish at the fish market and let the family slaughter them.
2.
Cut the fish into pieces from the spine and remove the fish fillets. In order to avoid cutting the thorns, I only sliced the thick and non-thorny parts of the fish to obtain a total of 150 grams of fish meat. The fish under the slice should be squeezed carefully with your hands to prevent any thorns
3.
Soak the chives in water, take the chives water
4.
Put the fish meat and the same amount of chive water into the wall breaker, and use the sauce function to beat them into a paste. The wall-breaking machine can beat the fish to a very delicate texture, which is suitable for babies to eat.
5.
Pour the whipped fish paste into a basin,
6.
Add a little pure lotus root powder to help shape
7.
Stir thoroughly
8.
Take a clean spoon, scoop the fish paste into the spoon, put water at about 70 degrees in the pot, put the spoon containing the fish paste into the water, about 2 seconds, the fish paste will solidify and float by itself, and then put it down Spoon. Dip the spoon in cold water before each use so that it won’t stick to the fish paste.
9.
After everything is done, continue to soak for a few minutes to let the fish balls soak. Don't let the water boil, add a little bit of cold water if you want to boil it.
10.
Soak the cooked meatballs immediately into the cold boiling water to cool them down. Do more at once, the baby can't finish eating, the rest is packaged and frozen in a sealed box, and can be taken when eating.
Tips:
1. Because it is made for babies, there is no salt in it. This fish ball is suitable for babies over 8 months old. If it is over one year old, you can add a little salt.
2. Because it is for my 8-month-old baby, the fish balls are not required to be vigorous, so the mashed fish mud does not need to be stirred sufficiently, so that the baby will disperse in the mouth.
