Yellow Peach Egg Tart

Remove the canned yellow peaches, strain the juice, and cut into small pieces

Milk (or water), fine sugar, low-gluten flour, mix well, then add light cream, egg yolk, and mix well to form a tart liquid

After the quick-frozen egg tart wrappers are taken out of room temperature, put the cut yellow peaches in (you can put more if you like)

Spoon the mixed tart liquid evenly into the tart crust

Put the egg tart filled with tart water on the grilling net carefully, and then put it into the empty fryer

Set the time to 12 minutes, start the empty fryer, and the program reminds the time to take it out and eat it hot (isn’t this yellow color very attractive)
Tips:
1. It is suitable to fill the tart crust with tart water. Stir the tart water evenly again to avoid the low-gluten flour sinking to the bottom of the bowl and the tart liquid is uneven
2. I use an empty fryer for 12 minutes. If it is an oven or microwave, you need to find out the cooking time by yourself
