Yellow Peach Egg Tart

Mix milk whipped cream and condensed milk and stir well

Add egg yolk and stir well

Sift the mixed tart water

Prepared egg tart water

Code the tart crust on the baking tray

Put in yellow peach granules

Pour the egg tart water, and it’s 80% full

Put it in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 25-30 minutes, the surface will be golden
Tips:
1 I use the ready-made egg tart crust, or you can make it yourself, it will be a bit more troublesome
2 If there is no condensed milk, you can use white sugar instead, and be sure to stir until melted when mixing
