Yellow Peach in Syrup

The container for the yellow peaches in syrup should be boiled in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and control the water.

Wash yellow peaches, peel and pit, and cut into pieces.

Add water and rock sugar.

Cover and boil, turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes (for larger pieces, extend the cooking time appropriately).

The cooked yellow peaches in syrup are put into a container while it is hot, and the lid is placed to cool down at room temperature.

Put it in the refrigerator overnight to taste.
