Yellow Peach in Syrup

Prepare the ingredients needed for the yellow peach in syrup, wash the yellow peach and set aside

Peel the yellow peach with a peeler
3.
Peel the peeled yellow peaches and cut them into small pieces
4.
Put rock sugar in the bottom of the big bowl (so that it will easily melt when steamed)
5.
Pour yellow peach pulp into the bowl, put it in the steamer, boil the water and continue to steam for 25 to 30 minutes
Tips:
1. Don't steam the yellow peach for too long, 20-25 minutes. The time depends on the size of the slices and the taste you like.
2. If you like to eat soft and rotten peaches, choose well-ripe peaches when choosing yellow peaches; if you like to eat crunchy ones, choose peaches that are not too ripe;
3. The ratio of yellow peach pulp to rock sugar is 5:1
