Yellow Peach Jam

Wash the yellow peaches and peel them

400 grams of peeled and pitted yellow peaches, cut into small pieces

Add 120g Xiangyi sweet maltitol, mix well

Put it in a blender and make a yellow peach puree

Then cut 200 grams of yellow peach flesh into small cubes (if you don't want the texture of the fruit, this step can be omitted)

Add 60g of Xiangyi sweet maltitol and mix well

Put the yellow peach puree and small yellow peach diced into stainless steel and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours

Refrigerate, take out and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer slowly

Stir continuously during the simmering process until the moisture content is reduced. The jam is translucent and viscous. After it cools a little, put it in a bottle while it is still hot and keep it tightly sealed.
