Recently I bought a batch of yellow peaches. It’s really good. The core is relatively small. It is especially suitable for dicing and boiling yellow peaches in sugar water. This year’s yellow peach season, I will consume almost ten catties of yellow peaches. My husband said it’s no wonder that I love to eat peaches and I have so much hair on my body. Does that mean I am a monkey? No matter what he says, I just love this peach.

Yellow Peach Sago Cup

1. Peel and wash the yellow peach

2. Then cut into large pieces

3. Add water to the pot to boil, pour in the yellow peaches

4. Add a large piece of rock sugar

5. Boil for about five minutes and put it in the refrigerator after cooling

6. Prepare a pot of hot water and pour sago

7. Flip it a bit, let it spread, then fire and boil for about five minutes

8. Stuffed in the pot for about half an hour until the sago has no white spots

9. Put the sago in the cup, pour in the right amount of milk

10. Put the yellow peach into small pieces and cover the sago

11. Pour yellow peach juice

Tips:

Note: When the yellow peach is cooked, just add rock sugar if you feel it is not sweet enough, you can add some white sugar
