Yellow Peach Yogurt Mousse Cake

1. Get all the materials ready! Weigh.

2. Crush the finger biscuits, melt 50 grams of butter and mix into the biscuits. After mixing, spread it on the bottom of the 6-inch open-bottom cake mold and compact with a spoon. Put it in the refrigerator first.

3. The yellow peaches are mashed into yellow peaches.

4. Pour old yogurt into yellow peach puree and mix well.

5. Whip the cream with sugar until about 60% of the hair, that is, just appear lines and have fluidity.

6. Soak the gelatine slices in cold water in advance, add 10 grams of water, melt in water, pour it into the yellow peach yogurt liquid and mix well.

7. Pour the cream into the liquid mixed in the previous step and mix well, and the mousse is ready.

8. Pour the prepared mousse liquid into the mold and put it in the refrigerator! At least 4 hours. I made it at night and kept it in the refrigerator overnight.

9. Mirror production! Add the same amount of water to QQ sugar, heat it over water until it melts, and stir evenly. Then let it cool while stirring! You must let it cool before use! Let cool and pour it on top of the mousse cake! After putting it in the refrigerator for four hours, it is finished.

Tips:

I added some small decorations on the surface of the cake before pouring the QQ sugar liquid!
