Yin Chen Maifan

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and wash the Yinchen to control the water.

2. Yinchen mixes white flour and corn flour 1:1 on each seedling and takes up a layer of flour evenly.

3. Steam with boiling water for 5 minutes.

4. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

5. After steaming, take out the Yinchen and shake it a bit.
