Yin Chen Maifan

Wash the garlic sprouts and wash the Yinchen to control the water.

Yinchen mixes white flour and corn flour 1:1 on each seedling and takes up a layer of flour evenly.

Steam with boiling water for 5 minutes.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

After steaming, take out the Yinchen and shake it a bit.

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic sprouts and fry for a while.

Add the yinchen and salt and stir fry.

Stir-fry until all the Yinchen is loose, put the chicken essence, turn off the heat and serve.
