Prepare the required ingredients

Red dates are pitted and raisins are soaked and washed in warm water, lotus seeds, soybeans, and black rice are washed and soaked in water for one night

Put the black rice, soybeans and lotus seeds in a rice cooker with appropriate amount of water to cook

Cook until the rice rotten beans are cooked, add red dates and raisins and cook together

Tips:
This porridge is better to be cooked in a casserole, because there are raisins and red dates, so no additional sugar is needed. If you want to save time, you can also make the ingredients into powder and drink it.
