Yogurt
1.
Pour half of the milk first, add a small packet of milk powder and a small packet of bacteria powder and mix well, then pour the other half of the milk, stir, and turn on the power.
2.
In summer, I usually make yogurt at 9 o'clock in the evening, and it's ready at 6 o'clock the next morning, about 9 hours. It takes more than 12 hours in winter. I usually do it at 6 o'clock in the morning, and it's good at 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening.
3.
After the yogurt is ready, add a tablespoon and about 20 grams of honey to stir and bottle. Add a few cranberries or a spoonful of jam when you eat.
Tips:
I used to dare not drink yogurt in winter because it was too cold. But now I am gradually adapting to drinking yogurt in winter. The method is to drink it in small sips, warm the yogurt in the mouth and then swallow it into the stomach, so that the stomach will not get cold.
