Yogurt Black Jelly
1.
30 grams of black jelly powder, 750 grams of water, appropriate amount of yogurt, a little medlar, one grape
2.
Pour the black jelly powder into a large bowl and add 90 g of water to make a particle-free paste. Pour the remaining water into a pot and boil
3.
Pour into the jelly paste and stir while rushing. After stirring evenly, pour it back into the pot and boil again, and pour it into the fresh-keeping box
4.
After letting cool, cut a piece, cut into small cubes, and pour the yogurt
5.
The homemade yogurt is thicker and doesn’t run out much. Stir it slightly, pour a spoonful of yogurt on the surface, sprinkle a few goji berries, peel a grape, and place it on the surface
Tips:
Stirring should be kept during the heating process to prevent the black jelly at the bottom of the pot from solidifying at room temperature.
After cooling to room temperature, you can also put it in the refrigerator to make it more refreshing to eat.
