1.
Slice the banana.
2.
Add 80 grams of honey to the sliced banana.
3.
Use a spoon to press the banana into a paste.
4.

5.
Then pour in 130 grams of instant oats.
6.
Stir the oatmeal and banana paste evenly.
7.
Fill the stirred oatmeal paste into a cup-shaped mold and press it with a spoon (you can press it directly with your hands while wearing gloves).
8.
Place it in the middle of the oven preheated to 170°C in advance.
9.
Select the upper and lower fire mode and set it to bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
10.
After the baking is completed, take it out to dry and then demould.
11.
Before serving, fill the oatmeal cup with yogurt.
12.
Match fruit, mint leaves, etc. according to personal preference for better flavor.
Tips:
1. If the banana is pressed directly into a paste without adding honey, the color will become darker in contact with the air. Add honey first and then press to form a paste, which can cut off part of the air and keep the color of the banana paste light yellow.
2. The bottom of the oatmeal cup can be prepared one night in advance. The next morning, just add yogurt and fruit to serve as a nutritious and delicious breakfast.
