Yogurt Honey Bean Tortoise Ling Paste

Take 100 grams of homemade yogurt and set aside

Rinse the red beans and soak them in cold water for 2-4 hours, then add a water pot and cook them in a "three-open and three-stewed" method until the red beans are cooked through, then remove the red beans to control the water, cool down, add sugar and honey and mix well. Use (the so-called "three open and three stew" means to boil the water and then turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour, repeat this 3 times)

10 grams of Guiling paste powder is made into a particle-free paste with warm water

Add 200ml of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and pour in the adjusted tortoise-ling paste and cook until slightly boiling, then turn off the heat.

Pour the cooked tortoiseshell paste into a heat-resistant storage box, cool it down, improve the lid and put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours

After 4 hours, the Guiling Paste has become jelly-like. Carefully remove the Guiling Paste and cut into pieces, top with yogurt, and serve with honey red beans.
