Yogurt Mousse

100g animal egg cream, 30g powdered sugar, 10g lemon juice, whipped

50g plain yogurt, 30g powdered sugar, mix well

1 piece of gelatin, cut into small pieces, 50ML cold water, soak until soft

Put the gelatine slices in a bowl, then put it in boiling water, and heat until melted
