Yogurt Oatmeal Cup

Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces, and press them into a puree with a mud press.

Add a spoonful of oil

Add some honey

Stir well with a spoon

Add a tablespoon of oatmeal and stir until it becomes thick

Put it into a disposable paper cup and arrange it into a cup shape.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes

After cooling, add yogurt and fruit.
Tips:
If you like something sweeter, you can add more honey or replace it with white sugar.
