I make a lot of yogurt, which is very thick. I drink it every day and use it to make toast. Generally, toast made directly is easier to age. Yogurt is a natural improver, which can slow down the aging speed of bread. The taste is also very dense and delicate, full of moisture, it is a very recommended recipe.

Yogurt Toast

1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, add homemade yogurt, which is very thick, mix with chopsticks until there is no dry powder

2. Select the kneading program, start kneading, 20 minutes after the kneading program ends, put in small pieces of butter

3. Start a kneading program again and knead until the dough can pull out a large piece of film

4. Ferment to 2-2.5 times the size, take out the dough to exhaust

5. Divide into 3 equal parts, and relax for 15 minutes after rolling the garden. Roll the 3 dough into long strips

6. Weave it into a braid and put it in the bread machine

7. Ferment for the second time to twice the size, brush with egg liquid, and sprinkle with crispy grains

8. Choose the baking program for about 35 minutes. After baking, take out the bread and inner bucket, place the bread side on the grill to cool
