Add milk powder to the cup around 9 o'clock at night.

Add 500ml of tuned 45℃ warm water (about 125ml hot boiling water + 375ml cold boiling water in summer, 200ml hot boiling water + 300ml cold boiling water in winter). This method is for reference only. It is recommended to use a food thermometer to measure it if there is a food thermometer.

Stir the milk powder evenly.

Add 0.5g of lactic acid bacteria powder.

Close the lid tightly and let it stand overnight.

There will be a cup of nutritious yogurt the next morning. You can add honey or fruit according to your personal taste. You can drink it directly if you like the original taste. Personally, I think it tastes better under refrigeration.
Tips:
Please use boiling water to pre-sterilize the milk powder. Please choose low-fat or full-fat milk powder. Please do not choose special nutritionally fortified milk powder.
The fermentation time is 8 hours, the error is ±5 hours, because the brands of heat preservation appliances are different, and the heat preservation effect is also different.
The most suitable fermentation temperature is 43~45℃. If the temperature is too high, the bacteria will be killed. If the temperature is too low, the fermentation time will be prolonged and the taste will be affected.
