Yuba with Colored Pepper

Soak the yuba in warm water for 3 or 4 hours.

Cut the yuba into silk.

Cut carrots, green peppers, and yellow peppers into shreds, and mince garlic.

Heat the water in the pot, add the yuba to blanch, remove and drain the water.

Bring water to a boil, add carrots to blanch, remove and drain.

Put the yuba, carrots, green peppers, yellow peppers, and minced garlic into a container, add salt, sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil, mix well, and then serve.
