Today I made two-color glutinous rice balls with red bean paste filling on the bread. After a bite, it is sweet and soft, with endless aftertaste.

1. Add glutinous rice flour to warm water, slowly pour in, knead while pouring, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Tips:

The glutinous rice flour is well controlled by itself because of its different water absorption.
