Yuhuashi Tangyuan

Add glutinous rice flour to warm water, slowly pour in, knead while pouring, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Take one third and add the red yeast rice powder.

Knead into the dough.

Divide the red and white colors into small clumps, press and stack them into rectangular strips.

Cut them into small pieces and stand them up.
6.
Press flat, add the red bean paste filling, push up, close the mouth, and knead into glutinous rice balls.
7.
Boil the water in the pot, add the dumplings and cook until they float.
Tips:
The glutinous rice flour is well controlled by itself because of its different water absorption.
