Prepare all kinds of raw materials for use.

Beat the carrots into a puree with a food processor and set aside.

Mix glutinous rice flour with purple sweet potato powder, matcha powder, cocoa powder, and corn flour, add an appropriate amount of water and knead evenly to form a four-color dough with moderate hardness. Take an appropriate amount of carrot puree, add glutinous rice flour, and knead it into carrot dough. Just prepare the red bean paste filling for later use.

Knead the five-color dough separately into long strips and overlap them.

Then lightly compress and twist into a twist.

Divide the five-color noodles into small doughs of about 15 grams.

Take a piece of dough and place it in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze it, and pack an appropriate amount of red bean paste filling.

Gently push the dough upwards until the filling is completely covered.

Tips:
The five-color dough that has not been used up can be made into five-color small tang yuan, put in a fresh-keeping bag, and stored in the refrigerator. It is convenient to eat and take as you go. Adding fermented rice or seasonal fruit while cooking is also a good dessert.
