Steam 3 purple sweet potatoes, peel them into a puree, add appropriate amount of softened butter and sugar, and mix well.

Pour 300 grams of glutinous rice flour into a basin and pour in 200 grams of hot water

Use chopsticks to stir into noodles, and then use your hands to make dough (if you think the dough is very sticky, you can add some glutinous rice flour until it doesn't stick to your hands)

Pour 200 grams of glutinous rice flour into a basin, sift in 15 grams of cocoa powder, and pour in 150 grams of hot water

Use chopsticks to stir into noodles, and use your hands to make dough (if you think the dough is very sticky, you can add some glutinous rice flour until it doesn't stick to your hands)

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and start making glutinous rice balls

Take two pieces of dough, the brown one is slightly less, and rub it into a long strip.

Rotate the two pieces of dough left and right, fold in half and pinch tightly

Repeat twice, then roll into a thin strip
