Yunnan Bandit Pig Liver

The pig liver was already cut into slices when it was bought from the market. Soak it in warm water at home to wash away the blood. After rinsing, the blood is basically removed.

Tips:
1. The time to stir-fry pork liver shouldn't be long, otherwise the liver will get old and lose the best taste~ But remember to stir-fry the liver. If you eat it, it will damage your body~
2. Porcine liver is the largest detoxification organ in pigs.
