I have eaten Yuxin cake in Sichuan, and I can't forget the sweet and waxy texture, but I have never made it because of the lack of a recipe. Yuxin Cake

1. The white stuffed sweet potatoes used today, washed and cut in half and steamed for 25 minutes, then steamed.

6. Add pumpkin juice to the kneaded sweet potatoes and use 50 grams. If there is no pumpkin juice, you can directly add water to form a dough. If you use sweet potatoes with a lot of moisture, you don't need to add soup.

14. Oil temperature is 40% hot, deep fry

Tips:

1. If the sweet potato used has a lot of moisture, you don't need to add the soup or add less, whichever can be formed into a dough.
2. When frying, do not use high fire to fry, and the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will not be easy to deep-fry and will burst easily.
3. The lotus seed paste filling I used can also be replaced with your favorite filling core
