Zashu Vegetarian Fried Noodles
1.
Prepare materials. Cut the straw mushrooms in half, slice the vegetarian sausage, shred the zucchini, shred the cabbage, and shred the pepper. Soak the black fungus.
2.
I use frozen dough, shake it out before making it.
3.
Add water to the pot to boil, add the noodles, cook for 1 minute, quickly remove the cold water, and control the water. (Rinse well, the noodle soup will have a great alkali taste)
4.
Pour in a little oil and mix well.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and small red pepper. Stir fry. Add the vegetarian sausages and fry for a while.
6.
Add the cabbage shreds, chili shreds, and corn kernels, and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Then add straw mushrooms and zucchini shreds in turn, and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
8.
Pour in the seasoning, stir fry and season evenly.
9.
Add the noodles, stir-fry evenly, and then fry another fried egg to cover the noodles before coming out of the pan.
Tips:
1. What kind of vegetables should be put in according to your preference.
2. I use bamboo noodle dough. It is very thin and can't be cooked for too long. Pick it up after boiling it for 1 minute. If it is too cold, it must be cleaned, otherwise it will have a great alkali taste.
