Stir-fried Pork and Bamboo Noodles

1. Cut the vegetarian duck into filaments, wash the vegetables and peel them into slices; mince the garlic.

2. Add cornstarch, pepper, and sesame oil to the shredded pork and mix well.

3. Prepare the bamboo noodles for 2 people and boil in a pot of water.

4. After the water is boiled, continue to heat the noodles into the boiling water, and use chopsticks to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

5. The noodles can be cooked after 1 minute and 30 seconds.

6. After removing the noodles, add a little cooking oil and stir evenly to prevent the cooked noodles from sticking together.
