Zero Difficulty Crispy Nut Sesame Candy

Put 40g instant oatmeal, 50g raw pumpkin seeds, 20g raw sunflower seeds, 25g white sesame seeds, 15g chia seeds, 20g chopped raw walnuts, 3g sea salt, 15g honey, 10g coconut oil, 80ml warm water, and mix well in a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes

Lay baking paper on the baking tray, spread the mixed ingredients evenly, spread out and flatten
