💯zero Failure Super Delicious Meal-steamed Sea Bass

Clean the fresh sea bass, drain the water and wait for it to be placed on a plate.
There are two common ways of placing the plate:
â‘ Lay the perch flat, this is the simplest way, just cut a crossed knife on the surface of the fish;
â‘¡The perch is placed upright (the style is as shown in the cover picture). I personally think that this way of placing the plate looks more three-dimensional and more beautiful. The processing steps are just a few more steps. First cut off the entire fish head, cut the fish body with a knife, and cut the knife from the position of the fish belly to the back of the fish. Cut a proper distance so that the fish body can stand up.

Spread the fish with salt. You don't need to add too much salt. Finally, you must drizzle with soy sauce. Cut the ginger and place it inside and outside of the fish belly. If you have cooking wine or rice wine, you can also use it to spread the fish. If you have a baby to eat at home, skip this step. I don't use cooking wine in everything I make. As long as I follow the steps, the fish will not be fishy.

After boiling the steamer, put the fish to steam, depending on the size of the fish. Generally, it can be steamed for 8-10 minutes. After the steaming is complete, open the lid of the pot and turn off the heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
When steaming fish, cut the green onion and set aside

Pour out the water from the steamed fish plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and drizzle with soy sauce (note: do not pour soy sauce directly on the fish).

Tips:
