Zhi Xiang Nuo Tuan

Prepare the materials;

Dissolve the brown sugar with an appropriate amount of boiling water and let it cool for later use;

Make tea with boiled water and let it cool;

Strain the flower nectar to remove the residue;

Pour the filtered flower nectar into the brown sugar water and mix well;

Pour the sticky rice flour into the glutinous rice flour and mix well;

Add the mixed sugar water to the mixed powder little by little;

Knead the flour into a dough;

Divide the dough into equal parts and knead them into small dumplings. The strange thing is that the dumplings cannot be kneaded into a round shape, instead they turn into a top shape, so cute;

Take a dish, brush the bottom with cooking oil, put in the kneaded dumplings, and steam the dumplings in a steamer for about 20 minutes;

Put the steamed dumplings into the sesame seeds fried in advance and roll them;

Tips:
1. The sugar water should be added to the waxy flour in a small amount several times, so as not to make it too thin and difficult to knead into a ball;
2. It is the first time to add flower and fruit tea to make it. The original plan was to make it into a sweet and sour taste, but the amount is uncertain, only sweet;
3. Dumplings should be eaten while they are hot, they will harden when cold.
