Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften. (Note that the water must be edible)

After the milk and whipped cream are evenly mixed, add the powdered sugar and heat it to about 40 degrees Celsius until the powdered sugar melts.

Pour an appropriate amount of heated milk whipped cream (about 100g) into the matcha powder, mix them evenly with a tea sieve, and mix as much as possible until the matcha particles are invisible.

After mixing the matcha liquid, pour it back into the milk whipped cream liquid and mix it evenly with a manual whisk.

Take out the soaked gelatin sheet, squeeze the water and put it into the matcha pudding liquid, use the remaining temperature to melt it, and stir it evenly.

Pour the prepared matcha pudding liquid into the pudding bottle, put it in the refrigerator, and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours before eating.

When eating, you can squeeze light cream on the matcha pudding and sprinkle with matcha powder.
