12+baby's Homemade Seaweed Shrimp Crackers

About four fresh shrimps are mashed into puree, about 60g.

Prepare 17g cornstarch and 17g low-gluten flour with 10g warm water and mix well.

Stir the starch and flour in warm water, then add 33g of cold water and stir to form a paste.

Lay out the baking tray on the kitchen oil-absorbing paper pad and squeeze it into a thumb-sized batter with a piping bag.

Cover the surface with a layer of absorbent paper, and put the batter flat in the oven. Bake in the preheated oven at 125℃ for about 30 minutes.

After baking, take it out and let it cool and you can make it as a snack for your baby (I baked two layers).
