6 Three-strand Red Bean Paste Braided Bread
1.
Ingredients: 500g high-gluten flour, 50g Lehe organic butter, 100g caster sugar, 17g dry yeast, 250ml pure milk, 5g egg and 5g red bean puree.
2.
Put the milk, sugar and eggs into the cook machine, turn on the 3rd gear and stir the sugar to melt, about 2 minutes
3.
Then put all the ingredients except butter and salt into the cook machine (the yeast and salt should be placed diagonally) and kneading for 20 minutes
4.
Knead until the inside of the wall is smooth, add butter and salt, and knead until the glove film comes out
5.
Take out the dough and knead it until it is smooth, put it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and proof it to 2.5 times its size (the day I just made it in the big sun, put it on the balcony, and proof was very fast)
6.
Take out the dough. Weighing
7.
After taking it out, knead a few times, and then weigh the total weight and divide it into 6 parts, each about 160g, round and relax for 15 minutes.
8.
Round and relax for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap
9.
Shaping: Rolling for the first time: Take a loose dough, roll it up and down into an oval shape from the middle, turn it over, roll it out, gently roll it up from top to bottom, and relax for 10 minutes.
10.
Cover with plastic wrap
11.
The second roll: roll into a long strip
12.
Cut three strips with a spatula
13.
Weave it into a braid, put your favorite food in the braid, I put red beans
14.
Roll it up, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the oven to ferment until it is 8 minutes full. This is the second serve. The second serve in the bread is very important. It must be delivered to the toast box until it is eighty to nine minutes full before baking. I didn't put it. ( When baking, brush with whole egg mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and almond slices.)
15.
Put it in the preheated oven. Bake at 160° for 30 minutes, open it at 15 minutes to see the color, (according to personal oven settings), cover with tin foil in time after coloring. Bake for another 15 minutes, (not shot, use this instead,)
16.
These are the ones that came out
17.
Denden, it's out
