8 Inch Light Cheesecake

Raw materials are reserved.

The butter melted.

Add butter to the cheese slices and melt in water.

Add the egg yolks to the milk and mix well.

Add the sifted flour and stir evenly.

Add three drops of vinegar to the egg whites.

Use an electric whisk to add fine sugar three times, and beat until wet and foamy.

Add the egg whites (add three times) into the egg batter and stir up and down (same as stir-frying) evenly.
9.
The sieved slurry is poured into the mold and heated up and down for 150. Bake for 70 minutes.
