A Bite of Corn Crisp

Ingredients: 62 grams of water malt, 0.5 grams of salt, 30 grams of caster sugar, 22 grams of water, 10 grams of butter, 100 grams of corn flakes

Pour water malt, salt, caster sugar, and water into a pot and boil at a time. Add butter and continue to cook to 125 degrees. Remove from heat. Quickly pour the corn flakes into the pot and mix quickly.

Pour the mixed corn flakes into a square mold while it is hot, flatten, demould, and cut into pieces while it is hot
Tips:
After adding the corn flakes, stir quickly to avoid the temperature drop and uneven mixing.
The size of the cut pieces can be adjusted to your liking.
