A Different Kind of Milk Jelly, Floral Jasmine Milk Jelly

Milk ➕ Jasmine flowers soak overnight, put in the refrigerator (if you like flowers with strong fragrance, soak overnight after heating)

Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften

Pour the milk, jasmine and sugar into the pot and heat it until the side of the pot bubbling slightly, then turn off the heat

Filter out jasmine

Add whipped cream and soaked gelatin slices and stir well, stir until the gelatin slices melt and sieve again

Put it into the mold and put it in the refrigerator until it freezes.
