A Quick Note of Corn Dumplings
1.
Wash and cut the pork into the food processor, wash the fresh corn cobs and cut the corn kernels directly with a knife (there is no need to peel the corn out one by one, the cut is a bit chopped to be delicious, the most important thing is to be fast.)
2.
After beating the meat into minced meat, add corn, a little cornstarch, salt, sesame oil, and black pepper (if you don't have it, you can leave it out), and beat evenly.
3.
Next, start making dumplings, according to your own habits, just not reveal the stuffing.
4.
Today I have one dumpling and two. When the water starts to bubble in the pot, add a little oil, salt, vinegar and dumplings. Add half a bowl of cold water until the water is completely boiling, at this time the water will not boil at all. The dumplings will be cooked when they are fully boiled again.
5.
On the other side, after the electric baking pan is heated up and down, brush the oil and put the dumplings in. About 2 minutes later, the dumplings are golden on both sides. Add a little water to cover about 1/3 of the dumplings. Cover the lid and continue to simmer until the water boils.
6.
Serve out the plate. Feel free to dip in balsamic vinegar/soy sauce.
Tips:
1: If you like to add chives and carrots at will, chop them together and mix them into the filling.
2: If you want to be lazy, you can ask the boss of the pork stall to help you mince the meat when you buy meat. The boss of the vegetable stall can directly cut the corn for you, and wash and mix it when you get home. (It’s better to buy less ready-made minced meat if it’s not enough, it’s all made of leftovers, not very good meat)
3: Friends who don't have an electric baking pan can use a non-stick pan.
4: When the dumplings are being served, the water starts to bubble and you can poke them with chopsticks, so that they won't stick to the bottom.
5: There seems to be nothing to pay attention to when making fried dumplings. Fry in a hot pan until golden brown, add a spoonful of water until the water boils dry, and it can be out of the pan.
