Abalone Congee

Go to a casserole, add water, pour in the rice and cook

Add the torn scallops and shiitake mushrooms when cooking the rice for freshness

Bring another pot and add water to boil, turn off the heat when the water is boiling, add the abalone to blanch for 40 seconds, then remove, cool with cold water
