The prawns cut off the antennae, cut open from the back, remove the intestines, wash them, and wrap them with a thin layer of flour for use.

Put the prawns of Practice 2 on the baking tray, drizzle with garlic black simmered pepper sauce, and then cover with a layer of cheddar cheese slices, which is the semi-finished baked prawns.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, put the semi-finished baked prawns of Practice 3 in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
